Delivery

All tickets purchased from the website can be collected at the door on the night of the event, free of charge or posted. Postage will incur a $2.00 postage and handling fee charged to the buyer at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed. All tickets are fully transferable to another person who meets the requirements relating to entry to the venue.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, you can organise a refund by sending us a message via the Contact Us page. Sometimes there may be other options rather than a refund. This could include, but is not limited to, entry to another event with the ticket for the cancelled event, surrendering your ticket to receive a Heaven membership or swapping for a Heaven drinks card. Always check the Heaven website and Facebook pages for information about cancelled or postponed events. Generally we will email you should an event fall into either of these categories and provide you with alternate ways, including those stated above, as to how to use your ticket other than a refund.
